Ashley and I greatly appreciate the support that you and your team provided during our
reception to celebrate the christening of the USS Spruance (DDG 111). Your selection of
menu items was ideal for the setting; food presentation and presentation were superb; your
skilled staff was attentive and professional.  
Our guests consisted of the ship’s crew, my extended family, and the direct descendents of
Admiral Spruance, including his granddaughter, the ships sponsor. All of our guests raved
about the food and it was definitely was the highlight of our event.
Thanks very much to Sarah’s Catering for your outstanding performance. I will recommend
you to anyone needing high quality catering in the mid-coast Maine region.

Dear Sarah,
I wanted to thank you, Katie, Clay, Jason, Susan and everyone else at Sarah’s Café for the
Amazing job you guys did catering our wedding out at Wolfe’s Neck.  When  John and I
decided we wanted a vegetarian meal in a field with no electricity or running water you guys
did not bat an eye. The food was delicious! My whole family kept commenting on how
beautifully displayed and yummy everything was. The cheese table in particular got rave
reviews!  Someone even thought to pack up two meals so John and I got to try some of the
supper the next day.  I really enjoyed working with everyone I met at at Sarah’s and just feel
so grateful and appreciative of the wonderful job you all did.  Thank you so much for all your
help on what was honestly one of the happiest days of my life.

Thank you for supporting our "Break the Barriers" concert to Honor Dr. Martin Luther King.
Wiscasset is lucky to have such a supportive business willing to get involved with the local
community. We thought that you were being generous when you offered us a two for the price
of one deal on the pizzas. Imagine our great surprise and delight when we walked in to settle
the bill and you offered to donate all the pizza! Thank you.
We also appreciate your willingness to work with us again in the future. We especially like
your idea about having different types of ethnic foods, if we decide to have a similar event in
the future. At the concert many people made comments along the lines of "This pizza is so
good!"
